Devlog: First Playable Demo Launch!

Whoa! 

We are thrilled to announce that the first playable demo of Love Quest: A New Dawn is now live! 🎉 This is your chance to dive into the world of Valoria, meet our beloved characters, and embark on the first steps of an unforgettable journey.

The demo phase will run until about late December 2024. After that, the game will become available for purchase. From then onwards, we’ll be rolling out fresh content with fortnightly updates, ensuring there's always something new and exciting for you to explore. Then, once all content has been implemented, my long-term goal of making the next chapter of Love Quest will take effect.

The demo has plenty of gameplay and you can experience all the features the game has to offer. It's only limited by the number of Interactions available. In the demo, the following Interactions will be available:

• Jimin (Not pregnant/Work outfit) - Interact with Jimin at her workplace and "ask about her favourite food" and then "ask if she's hungry" and she'll very explicitly let you know. Relationship level of Dating+ required.
• Jimin (Not pregnant/Beach outfit) - Interact with Jimin at the beach and "ask about her favourite food" and then "ask if she's hungry" and she'll very explicitly let you know. Relationship level of Dating+ required.

• Jimin (Not pregnant/Work outfit) - Interact with Jimin at her workplace and "ask about her cycle" and she'll let you know. Relationship level of Getting Serious+ required.
• Jimin (Not pregnant/Beach outfit) - Interact with Jimin at the beach and and "ask about her cycle" and she'll let you know. Relationship level of Getting Serious+ required.

• Jimin (Not pregnant/Work outfit) - Interact with Jimin at her workplace and choose to "have sex" and then specify "unprotected doggy" and, well... yeah. Relationship level of Married+ required.
• Jimin (Not pregnant/Beach outfit) - Interact with Jimin at the beach and choose to "have sex" and then specify "unprotected doggy" and, well... yeah. Relationship level of Married+ required.

• Jimin (Not pregnant/Work outfit) - Interact with Jimin at her workplace and choose to "get head" and then specify "throatpie" and then have a nice, long conversation about her day — but not really. Relationship level of Married+ required.
• Jimin (Not pregnant/Beach outfit) - Interact with Jimin at the beach and choose to "get head" and then specify "throatpie" and then have a nice, long conversation about the lovely weather — but not really. Relationship level of Married+ required.

As you play, you might realize that you can't even achieve Married status with Jimin. And then you'll think, "That sick, baiting bastard!" You'll then join the Discord to whinge. At which point, I'll ask if you bothered reading this 'ere devlog. Because, if you did, you'd know to open up the Settings pane and tick enable cheats. Now, you can level up your relationship with Jimin as much as you want! Filthy cheater! 

Here are the things we are still working on before the game becomes purchasable:

• Adding more Quests: Expanding the adventures and challenges you’ll face.
• Adding more Interactions: Deepening the story and relationships with richer character development.
• Addressing any Bugs: Fixing any issues discovered during the demo phase to ensure a smooth experience.

Things we're considering for Love Quest: A New Dawn:

• Adding more potential love interests: To provide you with more romantic options and storylines.
• Adding more playable characters: To give you a broader experience and different perspectives.

Long-Term Goal

• Subsequent chapters of Love Quest: We are planning future chapters to extend the story and keep the adventure going for the long haul.
